Once you install your new parts you can measure how long the flex needs to be and then order it? I figured out how long mine needed to be and told them to send me that length (They really did not want to do this but they did).
WHH makes you order all the parts except flex shaft.
When you make this change you will be switching to 1/4' prop shaft.
